Speaking of a colorful place, the first place that comes to mind is a flower farm I visited before. During the holiday this past May75, my uncle invited the whole family to hang out at his new home in the suburbs. There aren’t any tall buildings there, just endless farm fields76 And I was super impressed by a flower farm nearby. It allows free entry so we dropped by there.
At the farm I saw over one million tulips77 blooming. Honestly, that’s the largest and most impressive tulip display I’ve ever seen. And they had tulips in all kinds of different colors, such as rich and deep maroon78 and purple as well as tulips in pure white, cream79, and palest yellow80. And there were some unique tulips I’ve never seen, like black tulips and ones with red and white petals81. Tulips with the same color were all planted in the same section. And the sections were arranged in a sophisticated82 way to make a rainbow out of all the flowers. It really took my breath away83.
I don’t know how many photos I took of the irresistible84 landscapes. But I did capture a lot of the glorious tulips. Anyway, it was the most spectacularly85 colourful place I’ve ever been. The striking86 and gorgeous colors of the tulips left a mark on me87. And I found it quite relaxing to appreciate colorful flowers. So from then on, I began to have a habit of buying flowers as decorations at home. It’s really a good way to brighten up my day88.
