Well, speaking of the most recent time I felt happy, the day I can think of right away would be my birthday two months ago. At the time, I happened to have a day off from school and I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate and hang out together. So I called several of my besties to have a meet-up at my home.

Dining at a restaurant would’ve been a little costly for us, so we all thought it was a great idea to have a BBQ party on my balcony. I prepared all the food and beverages for the party and also cleaned my apartment from top to bottom before they came. Everyone was there around 12pm. They prepared a gift for me and gave it to me right after they entered my home. It was a custom cake that had “hope you look 18 years old forever” written on the cake. I was so moved by their thoughtful gift.

We had a dope BBQ party that day. And we drank a boatload of beer and just shot the breeze as we enjoyed lunch. After lunch, we ate the birthday cake my friends bought. And in the afternoon, we also went to a movie theatre and watched the new movie Nezha, which was a box-office hit74.

All in all, the party that day was a great bonding experience for all of us. It was the most relaxing and delightful day I’d had in a while.
