I’m not really sure. I mean, on the one hand it5s cool to know about the stars and planets. It can help kids expand their scientific knowledge and take an interest in the world above them. But on the other hand, there are other, more important things for them to focus on. Not everyone is going to become an astronomer or astronaut, so I don’t know if they all need to be taught about stars and planets when they’re kids.

2. Is advanced technology helpful for star-watching?

Yeah, it’s definitely helpful for star-watching. With the naked eye165, you can only see the brightest stars and the most basic constellations166. You miss out on a lot167. But with advanced technology like fancy telescopes168, you can actually see so much detail. I’ve only gone star-watching with that kind of technology a couple times. And I got to see parts of the Milky Way169. It was absolutely breathtaking to see the galaxy up close.

I think some people are just fascinated by outer space170. They want to know more about how the universe works, and the stars and planets are super interesting because they seem so far off and mysterious171. When people watch movies about stars or planets, it helps them imagine what it would be like to see those things up close and personal172. It kind of satisfies their curiosity about the stars and the planets.

I suppose that scientists study space because they want to know more about how the universe works.
A lot of them are really interested in finding life on other planets. Especially now with all the climate
change happening on Earth, people want to know if the human race could exist somewhere like Mars. So I think it’s important and topical173 research. Plus, some of them are just fascinated by how stars and planets function.

I think scientists and people who like physics are interested in the stars and planets. As far as I know, a lot of young people who are physics lovers are fascinated by what’s going on in the rest of the universe. After all, astronomy is a branch of physics. And I believe it’s a good thing to be interested in that kind of stuff. Besides, a lot of scientists are interested in the stars and planets as well. They want to figure out how the world works.
