1. How much sleep do you need every day?
I try to sleep eight hours every day, but sometimes this is impossible. When I am under a lot of stress, I
sleep about six hours. If I can’t fit in at least six hours, then I generally become cranky.
2. Do you take naps at noon?
Generally, I don’t take naps unless I am under the weather. Naps tend to get in the way of my schedule. Plus, I still have a lot of energy when noon arrives.
3. Do you like to read before bed?
Reading before bed is one of my favorite ways to relax. The activity actually allows me to grow tired faster, but still helps me enjoy the little free time that I have.
4. How have your sleeping habits changed since you were young?
When I was a kid, I could sleep at the drop of a hat. However, these days it takes a lot more work to nod off. I also find that I enjoy sleep more but get less of it.
