1. How often do you drink water?
Every two or three hours, I guess. Normally I try to drink no less than a liter and a half per day, which is the recommended amount for a person of my build. During the days when I drink coffee, I increase the intake of water because the level of liquids in the body decreases due to caffeine.
2. What kinds of water do you like to drink?
I tend to drink mostly bottled water. I have read controversial information about tap water: some claim that it is perfectly safe and good for drinking while others reject it outright. Hence, I stick to bottled table water with low mineralization. Kangen water, which is ionized and has a high pH number, is gaining popularity in my country but I haven’t tried it yet.
3. Do you drink bottled water or water from water machines?
I drink bottled water because I don’t have access to water machines. Also, bottled water comes in containers of different sizes, and I opt for the 1.5-liter bottle as it is not too big and thus easy to hold. I don’t own a water machine and I work from home so there are no water machines around me. Bottled water meets my needs and I sometimes switch brands for a change.雅思口语Part 1
