1. What do you do in the mornings?
In the mornings, I normally take a cup of hot coffee first thing after I wake up. That way I get a kick start for the day ahead. I am quite active during the morning and I try to do the important work for the day in the early hours of the morning when my mind is fresh and relaxed after a good night’s sleep.
2. Is breakfast important?
Personally I consider breakfast an important meal but I don’t necessarily take it every day. It depends on how much I have eaten the evening before. In general, I tend to take a light breakfast and larger subsequent meals.
3. What is your morning routine?
My morning starts with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and a shower. Then I take a look at my calendar and plan my day. I wish I also did some sport in the morning. So far, though, that remains part of my personal resolutions.
4. Do you like to get up early in the morning?
I don’t mind getting up early in the morning if I have something important to do. Organizing my day efficiently is one of my priorities. I don’t really feel comfortable lying in bed late in the morning.
