I would like to talk about the experience when my car broke down during my travel in Sanya. It dates back to last summer, one of my best friends, Jane, invited me to join her trip to Sanya, which is probably one of the most beautiful and interesting cities in my country and is situated in the south of Hainan island. That trip was rewarding for myself after long-term study.

We rented a car from a car company near the airport after arriving at Sanya. In the beginning, the driving was amazing, as it’s a sport car where we could enjoy the sunshine, fresh air, and cloudless blue skies. Unfortunately, we got a flat tire (汽车爆胎)on the freeway when driving into the rural area, and it’s dangerous for us to move further.

We contacted the car company, but the service was really terrible as nobody answered the phone, and we started to feel anxious as there was no person stopping to help us, and it’s impossible for us to replace the tire by ourselves. Hence, we used Baidu Map app to look for the car services nearby and tried to call them one by one. Luckily a boss in a car repair store promised to deal with our issue with a cheap quote. One hour later, he arrived at the place where we got stuck and helped us to fix the problem. The experience was special as I never faced this problem before, and we learned a lesson about how to choose the right renting service.
