Doing meditation for 30 minutes every morning is a healthy lifestyle, which helps me focus on study or work. Meditation is a Habitual process of training my mind to focus and redirect my thoughts. I use it to increase awareness of myself and surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
Actually, I was not familiar with meditation at all at the beginning. After introduced by my friend Jane about the benefits, I started to learn it through some mobile applications and YouTube website as well. These are various meditation techniques. For example, I sit comfortably, close my eyes, and breathe naturally. And I pay my attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
