These days, helping someone else out can actually put you in danger So, a lot of people shy away from those in need. You never know when someone is going to pull a fast one and harm you.

2. Who should teach children to help others? Parents or teachers?

I think this lesson should come from both parties. However, it is a parent’s job to instill morality into a child. Parents should lead by example and encourage children to have empathy and compassion for those around them.

3. In what kinds of professions do people help others more?

People in the medical field tend to help people on a daily basis. Of course, civil servants like policemen, firemen and even social workers are primed to help others, too.

4. Why are some people willing to help others?

A lot of people hope to make the world a better place. Others feel they should pass their own good  fortune forward. Thus, they go out of their way to lend a helping hand whenever they can.
