1. What rewards can children get from school?

These days, children receive lots of rewards at school. I think one of the most important is the Academic Excellence reward. This achievement shows a student has worked hard to do their best in school.

2. Should parents push their children to get prize?

I think encouraging a child to do their best and to have a competitive nature is fine. However, I don’t feel that parents should be too forceful about prizes, as this teaches children to be sore losers.

3. Is it good for children to compete for prizes at school?

In my opinion, competing for prizes in school helps children to find the motivation they need to try their hardest. This can truly take an average student to new heights.

4. What kinds of rewards can companies offer to their outstanding employees?

I feel one of the best rewards for outstanding employees is a raise. However, I am certain many employees would be grateful for an extra day off or a longer break period.
