Whenever there is an opportunity to train employees, I think an employer should utilize it. A well-trained employee is more likely to take pride in themselves and their work. On top of that, they can accomplish more things with accuracy. This only improves business. Thus, there is no harm in running numerous training programs.

Not really. There are some jobs that might see this shift to technology. However, I think most jobs will remain people oriented. Humans can offer a sense of warmth and empathy, which is something a robot can’t mimic yet. Also, technology can be unpredictable in ways that can cause serious damage.
