1. Have you received anything that was made by the giver?
Actually, my grandma loves to make me crafts for my birthday. When I was a baby, she knitted me a huge blanket that I still use to this day. She also makes me cute cards to remind me how much she loves me when I go away to school. This always warms my heart.
2. When receiving a gift, do you prefer something that was self-made or something bought in stores?
I actually really love to receive homemade gifts. There is something sweet about receiving a gift that someone has put their heart and soul into. Usually, these gifts are personalized to suit me too. You can’t show that much love to someone when you simply go out and purchase a gift.
3. Which is better, self-made food or food that you buy?
A homecooked meal is one of my favorite things in the world. Whenever I come home from university,
I can’t wait to pig out on the homemade dishes my family has made to celebrate my homecoming. Of course, store bought food tastes delicious too, but it lacks the love and attention that homemade food does. Plus, it’s not as healthy.
4. Are art classes important in schools?
Definitely. I don’t know what I would have done without art classes when I was in school. These classes helped me to learn more about myself as a person and even improved on my creativity. Overall, the classes helped me to blow off steam too, which was much needed after hours of studying.
