1. What kind of people usually get up early? And why?
In my own experience, I feel like many different people actually get up early. Some of those are people with a job demanding early working schedules, like radio hosts for example. There are also students who have morning classes. Or there are also just people with good health habit.
2. Is it easier for older people to get up early than young people?
Yes, I do think so. But I don’t really think older people are getting up early willingly. I feel that it’s more like they cannot sleep for too long because of their age. But yes I do think they tend to get up earlier than young people.
3. What are the benefits of getting up early?
Getting up early does have a lot of benefit, at least in my understanding. You get to start out fresh and you get a lot of morning time to do your work and get things done. Then getting up early, according to research, means you get to also sleep early and have better sleeping quality.
4. What effect does sleeping in late have on a person’s life pattern?
Well, first of all, obviously, if you sleep late then either you are waking up late or you are not sleeping enough time. That would affect your daily performance and decrease your attention during work. Also sleeping late might cause all kinds of health issues, especially when you are getting older.
