雅思口语Part 3 公共场所素质

1. Why do you think some people talk aloud on public transport?

I think some people don’t realize what they’re doing is rude. For some, it is the prime time to return calls. However, some people do have emergencies to take care of and need to do it despite their circumstance.

2. Should people be banned from talking aloud in public places?

I don’t think so. You never know what is going on in someone’s life. They may simply be getting directions or handling an important call. Banning phones can really get in the way of life.

3. Is it bad to talk on the phone in public places?

Personally, I avoid doing this at all cost. It is hard to walk around people mindlessly chattering on the phone or texting. Usually, they aren’t paying attention to their surroundings, which is frustrating.

4. Why do some people always break rules in public places?

I sometimes feel that people think the rules don’t apply to them, as if they are better than everyone else. They tend to believe they can do what they want, perhaps because they’ve never faced the consequences.
