1. How do you usually plan your free time?

Whenever I have extra time to kill, I try to take care of my personal needs first. For instance, if I need to go to the gym then I go. Sometimes, I just bury my nose in a book to calm my nerves. Of course, I also try to make time for friends and family.

2. Do young people in your country work longer hours now than in the past?

Yes and No. Decades ago, people would work day and night to cultivate land and make sure their family was fed, because they didn’t have modem conveniences. However, with technology, work hours eased up a bit. Now, it seems like people work all of the time though, because companies demand more from our generation.

3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of flexible work time?

The main advantage is being able to work when it is best for you. Some people are night owls, while others work best in the morning. However, I think flexible work times can be a disadvantage because people can easily fall behind in their work if they don’t manage their time properly.
