Schools should begin their health curriculum with healthy meals. They should also explain the relationship between food and health. Food isn’t the only answer though. Schools should require children to exercise, no matter their age. Students should also be given stretch periods between lessons. On top of that, students should only be offered water on campus to encourage hydration.
2. What can doctors do to help people solve health-related problems?
I think doctors should take more time to explain problems to their patients. An explanation can empower someone facing an illness. A doctor should also go over a diet and exercise plan to help people get on track. Even if it doesn:t cure the patient, it can improve quality of life.
3. What kinds of lifestyle are unhealthy?
Lifestyles that involve eating a lot of fast food are not healthy. Also, people who don’t exercise are unhealthy. Often, these lifestyles go hand in hand. Of course, people should also monitor bad habits, like consuming alcohol and smoking. Working out too often and eating too little are also ways to create an unhealthy lifestyle.
4. What do people in your country do to maintain health?
In China, people try to maintain a healthy diet as much as they possibly can. We also try to exercise on a daily basis. Sometimes, this only entails a quick walk after dinner. Stress management is also very important. We try to blow off steam while exercising or while enjoying our favorite hobbies.
